Pastene Affogato

Ingredients

Serves 1
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
2 oz hot Pastene Espresso
chocolate sauce, optional
chopped hazelnuts, optional

Directions

Prep Time: 5 minutesĀ 

  • Brew hot Pastene Espresso just before serving.
  • Add 1 to 2 large scoops of ice cream to a glass cup or bowl and carefully pour the espresso over the ice cream.
  • Garnish with hot chocolate sauce and chopped hazelnuts, if desired. Serve immediately.
