Pastene Affogato

1 cup (2 scoops) vanilla ice cream
2 oz. hot Pastene Espresso


  • Brew hot Pastene Espresso just before serving.
  • Add 1-2 large scoops of ice cream (or more!) to a glass cup or bowl and carefully pour the espresso over the ice cream.
  • Garnish with hot chocolate sauce or chopped hazelnuts, if desired.
  • Best served immediately.
