Pastene Bloody Mary

Ingredients

Serves 4
1 796 ml can Pastene Ground Kitchen Ready Tomatoes with Spices
3 Tbsp lemon juice
3 Tbsp lime juice
1 Tbsp horseradish
1½ Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
¼ tsp garlic powder
¾ tsp tabasco sauce
1 tsp red pepper flakes
8 oz vodka
4 celery stalks, as garnish
4 lime wedges, as garnish
1 jalapeño pepper, sliced

Directions

Prep time: 2 hours and 10 minutes

  • In a blender combine the tomatoes, lemon juice, lime juice, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and hot sauce and process until smooth.
  • For an extra level of heat, add hot crushed peppers into blender.
  • Transfer to a pitcher and refrigerate covered for at least two hours or overnight.
  • When ready to serve, add vodka to pitcher and blend well.
  • Garnish each glass celery stalks, a lime wedge and a slice jalapeño pepper.
