Artichokes in Lemon Dressing

Ingredients

4 Servings
1 398 ml can Pastene Artichoke Hearts, well drained
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp Pastene Extra Light Olive Oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Prep Time: 5 minutes  

  • Refrigerate artichoke hearts until chilled. Meanwhile, mix lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, and salt and pepper to make the dressing. 
  • Pour dressing over artichoke just before serving.
